FONT LICENSE — ENXYCLO STUDIO

When using assets, make sure to follow the license rules for that type of asset. This lets you use them confidently while respecting the creators’ rights.

DESKTOP LICENSE

Install the font on your Mac OS X or Windows system.
Use the font in desktop applications like Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
1 license allows installation on 3 computers.
It is for personal use with lifetime usage.
It can be used to create social media content (pictures only, no videos).
You can create and print documents, static images (.jpeg, .tiff, .png), and logos. However, you cannot trademark them.
Do not use this license for Books, E-books, Newspapers, and Magazines.
This license is cumulative. To add more users, place a new order for the same desktop package and specify the number of additional users.

Attention: If you want to trademark the logo, please refer to the Trademark Logo License.

WEBFONT LICENSE

You can use this for 1 website/ domain.
The license is for lifetime usage.
Embed font with @font-face.
It is for monthly web page views: 100.000 views/month.
Do not use this license for more page views/month. For unlimited views, you can choose the Extended License, Server License, or Social Media Content Creator License.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATOR LICENSE

Install the font on your Mac OS X or Windows system.
Use the font in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
You can utilize the font in digital ads on all social media platforms.
It allows content creation using the font, including video content, for all social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, etc.
It allows unlimited monthly web page views.
The license is for lifetime usage.

E-PUB & PUBLISHING LICENSE

Install the font on your Mac OS X or Windows system.
Use the font in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
It allows the use of the font for up to 3 E-book or Publishing titles.
You can print an unlimited number of books or e-books with the font.
The license is for lifetime usage.
E-Pub license is cumulative. To add more users, place a new order for the same E-Pub package and specify the number of additional users.

TRADEMARK LOGO LICENSE

Trademark the logo created using the font.
Install the font on up to 10 computers.
The license for 1 Corporate/Brand.
Install the font on your Mac OS X or Windows system.
Utilize the font in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
This is applicable for both commercial and personal projects.
The license is for lifetime usage.
The license permits the use of the logo for commercial purposes.
It includes Web Font License, E-Pub License, and Social Media & Content Creator License.

EXTENDED LICENSE

Install the font on your Mac OS X or Windows system.
Utilize the font in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
The license allows installation on up to 100 user computers.
The license allows the use of the font for logos with trademarks.
The license is for both commercial and personal projects with unlimited usage.
The license for 1 Corporate/Brand.
You can use the font in digital ads across all social media platforms.
There is no limit on the number of websites where the font can be used.
There is no limit on the number of end products for sale (products, print ads, digital impressions, merchandise) featuring the font.
It allows unlimited monthly web page views.
It includes E-Pub License, app/game License, and server license.
The license is for lifetime usage.

SERVER LICENSE

The license is for 1 Website.
Embed font in 1 server for user access.
The license allows the use of font in digital ads across all social media platforms.
It allows content creation using the font, including video content, for all social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, etc.
The license has unlimited digital ads and web views.
The license has unlimited end product for sale (Product/Print Ads/Digital Impressions/Merchandise).
The license is for lifetime usage.

APP/GAME LICENSE

The license allows the use of the font in 1 App/Game.
Embed font in 1 server for user access.
The license allows the use of font in digital ads across all social media platforms.
It allows content creation using the font, including video content, for all social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, etc.
The license has unlimited digital ads and web views.
There is no limit on the number of end products for sale (Products, Print Ads, Digital Impressions, Merchandise) featuring the font.
The license is for lifetime usage.
The license allows the usage in many platforms of apps/games (across web, iOS, Android, etc.).
The license is granted to the company for all its current and future apps/games.
You can create design templates for app users and use them for commercial purposes; this sub-license also has lifetime usage rights.

BROADCAST LICENSE

The license is for 1 broadcast TV/Movie/Motion Graphic.
It allows unlimited amount of users and installations.
The license is for commercial and non-commercial project.
The license is for lifetime usage.
It allows unlimited end product for commercial (Product/Print Ads/Merchandise).
It allows unlimited websites with unlimited monthly view.
It allows unlimited digital ads view.
The license allows the use of font in digital ads across all social media platforms.

CORPORATE LICENSE

The license for 1 Corporate/Brand.
It allows unlimited amount of users and installations.
The license permits the use of the font for 1 Trademark logo.
The license allows unlimited usage for commercial projects.
There is no limit on the number of end products for sale (Products, Print Ads, Digital Impressions, Merchandise) featuring the font.
The license is valid for both national and worldwide projects.
The license is for lifetime usage.
It also includes licenses for Monetize Social Media, Epub, App, Server, and Broadcast usage.

If you use our products without purchasing a license beforehand, you will be charged a corporate license fee or face legal consequences for violating licensing rules under the regulations of the Indonesia Font Designers Association (Perkumpulan Desainer Huruf Indonesia). If your usage does not fit within our existing licenses, you can contact us to request a special license that covers your commercial use.

LICENSE OVERVIEW

You are not allowed to use parts of the fonts to create new fonts. If you use the base design of letters created by Enxyclo Studio and then modify them to create your own font, you will be charged a Corporate License.
You are not allowed to edit or modify the fonts. However, converting fonts to paths and editing them in programs like Illustrator is allowed, as long as the results are not turned back into font software for redistribution. For this violation, you will be charged a Corporate License fee.
You cannot redistribute the fonts since we retain the copyright. For this violation, you will be charged a Corporate License fee.
Changing or renaming the fonts is prohibited, as it does not make the fonts original creations or change the terms of the license. We can provide custom font designs, adaptations, and related licenses to meet your needs.
If you want to use the fonts in a campaign that involves other agencies or individuals, they must purchase their own licenses from us, as the copyright holders.
Respect copyright – using unlicensed or modified fonts can have costly legal consequences, including the removal of all unauthorized copies. Poorly modified fonts often contain serious technical and design errors, such as missing kerning (letter spacing), missing characters, incorrect spacing, faulty point construction, font ID conflicts, and missing counters due to incorrect direction.

Anda harus membeli font dengan harga dan lisensi yang tertera untuk project yang akan Anda lakukan. Contoh: Anda tertarik dengan salah satu font dari Enxyclo Studio versi demo yang ada di website freebies. Anda kemudian memiliki project yang akan menggunakan font tersebut, maka Anda harus membeli font Enxyclo Studio versi komersil di enxyclo.com sesuai harga dan piliihan lisensi komersil yang ada. Karena itu, pilihlah lisensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan proyek komersil yang sedang dikerjakan.
Anda tidak boleh membeli font dengan harga dan lisensi yang tertera jika anda TELAH menggunakan font-font dari Enxyclo Studio versi DEMO untuk keperluan komersil/iklan. Contoh: Anda mengunduh font karya Enxyclo Studio versi DEMO di website freebies, lalu menggunakannya untuk kebutuhan komersil, entah iklan, cetak ataupun merchandise dan yang lainnya, tanpa membeli font versi komersilnya terlebih dahulu. Dengan kata lain, Anda menggunakannya terlebih dahulu untuk kebutuhan komersil dan baru membeli lisensinya di website resmi ini, maka dalam hal ini Anda akan dikenakan biaya lisensi dari CORPORATE LICENSE.
Dilarang mendaftarkan/men-trademark logo (trademark, registered, dan sejenisnya) menggunakan font dari Enxyclo Studio tanpa membeli font dimaksud atau tanpa izin dari Enxyclo Studio. Mendaftarkan logo tanpa izin menggunakan font Enxyclo Studio akan dikenakan denda CORPORATE LICENSE. Silahkan hubungi kami mengenai pendaftaran merek dagang logo.
